BIO:

At the age of 4 he began to study Drums with different teachers for the musical influence of their Father Guillermo González Phillips and the constant contact with music and musicians from different genres and styles. At the age of 10 he dabbled in the piano and this led him to his current interest and work in composition.

He has currently produced different groups and artists in different studios in the City of Mexico and participates in many projects very diverse in his proposal, he has also already presented chamber music, orchestral and contemporary going through all kinds of styles and ensembles, as well as his foray into music electroacoustics and electronic music. He also currently works as a teacher of composition, ear training, theory music, ensemble and drums. He has made the musicalization of 8 plays from different companies, 8 short films, 2 feature films and 1 documentary by students of the CCC and CUEC, as well as directors independent.

He began his drums studies at the age of 4 with various teachers as Santiago Forzon, Victor Castillo and Luis Miguel Costero. His composition tutor that he currently follows frequenting, is Rosino Serrano, Composer and Arranger of many important artists of the moment and musician known from the cinema music. At the age of 21, he studied his Drum-Jazz degree at the School Superior of Music of the INBA and next to that he starts studying the Composition career in the same school.

He did currently the composition for the original music of the show of the Central American and Caribbean Games - 2023 held in El Salvador.

He is currently developing his own method of musical study based on his studies and at the same time his foray into other cultures approach.
